Return & Refund Policy

At Hashthattags, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality marketing services, digital products, and physical goods. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Important: All returns and refunds are subject to approval and may be rejected if conditions are not met. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a claim at [email protected].

1. Services

Once a marketing service (e.g., branding, website design, advertising campaign) has been initiated, it is generally non-refundable. However:

  • If work has not yet started, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
  • If partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be offered based on the portion of work not delivered.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (templates, guides, graphics, etc.) are final. Refunds are only offered if:

  • The file is corrupt or defective and cannot be replaced.
  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected].

3. Physical Products

We accept returns of physical items within 24 hrs of delivery if they meet these conditions:

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Items not eligible for return include custom-made products, clearance/sale items, and perishable goods.

4. Return Process

5. Refunds
