1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Within India: Standard: 3–7 business days • Express: 1–3 business days.
- International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
- Delivery estimates exclude processing times and may vary due to carrier capacity and local conditions.
3) Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected speed.
- Occasional promotions may include free shipping—eligible orders will see this at checkout.
4) Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
- We’re not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
- Customs clearance can cause delays beyond our control.
7) Delays Beyond Our Control
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- During high-volume periods or public holidays, transit times may be extended.
8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
Important: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items) at [email protected] with your order number and photos (for damage). Claims reported after this window may be rejected.
- We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and provide next steps (replacement, reshipment, or refund as applicable).
9) Split Shipments & Backorders
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately for faster delivery at no extra cost.
- If an item is backordered or on preorder, we’ll notify you of the expected ship date.
10) Digital Products & Services
- Digital products: Delivery is via email or download link, typically within 1–24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Marketing services: Delivery timelines are agreed per project and communicated by email or proposal.
11) Changes & Cancellations
- To request an address change or order cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We’ll attempt to accommodate if the order hasn’t shipped.
